Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although a bit tired and too cold for my liking. The service from the staff was exceptional, offering personalized assistance at every turn. The location was convenient for accessing shopping areas but not ideal for prime tourist spots. The dining options were extensive and satisfying, though a bit pricey. The facilities were good, but some areas showed signs of wear and tear.
The hotel offers standard corporate-type rooms with a comfortable setup. The breakfast buffet, at an additional $20 per person, includes extensive local and North American options and an omelet station. The rooms come with all necessary toiletries.
The hotel room was fantastic with all the amenities we needed, clean and cozy, but the construction site view was a drawback. The service was impressive and efficient, though I was missed one morning. The location was ideal with great dining options nearby and convenient access to transportation. The dining experience offered a good variety of Asian and Western dishes, but the spread was somewhat limited. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with a few minor cons.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms had a standard corporate type set-up, comfortable but nothing spectacular, although I appreciated the suite-like feel with a seating area, queen bed, and a large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Facing the front of the hotel and the main street had its advantages and drawbacks, making it a mixed experience.
The hotel rooms were a bit tired and too cold for someone from the equator, but they were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean, making it a homey stay. The service was personalized and accommodating, with friendly and helpful staff available at every touchpoint. The location was ideal, close to the US Embassy and in the vibrant Chaoyang district, providing easy access to shopping and tourist sites. The dining options were extensive, offering both Chinese and western fare that was up to par. The facilities were well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay.
